AI Signal Feed ("we", "us") curates publicly available posts from AI thought leaders, labs, and models. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use aisignalfeed.live and how we handle it.

• Newsletter signups. Your email address, chosen region preference, and the date you subscribed.
• Feedback submissions. Your name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Account data. If you sign in, the email address and authentication identifiers held by our authentication provider.
• Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

The posts shown on this site are gathered from public sources (public social posts and public feeds) and are attributed to their original authors with links back to the source. We do not create profiles of private individuals. If you are an author and want your content removed, email us and we will action it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We rely on consent for marketing email and analytics cookies, legitimate interests for site security and product improvement, and contract performance where you have an account with us.

We use a small number of processors to run the service: a cloud database and authentication provider, an email delivery provider for newsletters and notifications, AI model providers used to summarise and cluster public posts, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. These providers process data on our instructions only.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Feedback messages are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention window. Account data is kept while your account is active.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email us at the address below.

Data is stored with access controls and row-level security policies, encrypted in transit over HTTPS and at rest by our hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
